  • Bakerly, LLC, Forks Township PA - US Plant

    From France , a division of Norac, Inc. comes Bakerly, producer of fine French baked products. From their signature Brioche breads and rolls, to their line of filled French Crepes, Bakerly has retained George Sansiveri & Associates to help their French team of engineers, bakers, and professionals design a 72,000 square foot state of the art automated bakery here in the US.


  • Nuovo Pasta, Stratford CT

    Began in 1989 with a small imported pasta machine, a wooden rolling pin and a deep passion for pasta. Since then Nuovo Pasta Productions, Ltd. has received numerous culinary awards and gained international distinction for its line of specialty pasta.

    They opened their first location more than 20 years ago in NYC, in a small storefront on 64th and Lexington, with the mission of bringing hearty, high quality comfort food to busy, hungry people. In a tiny kitchen at the back of the store, they made rich, delicious soups, while at the counter up front, we ladled them up to hundreds of New Yorkers each day.


  • F&S Produce, Rosenhayn, NJ

    F&S Produce is a leading supplier of fresh cut and individually quick frozen (IQF) produce as well as specialty prepared refrigerated foods and purees. They service retail, food service and industrial customers throughout the northeast and Mid-Atlantic region.


  • Kozy Shack Puddings and Desserts, NY, CA, Ireland

    In 1993, Kozy Shack Puddings needed a firm to help them relocate from a small overcrowded food processing building in Mineola NY to a new operation located on 7 acres in Hicksville NY. They hired GSA to design their full operation inside what was once Ronzoni’s food processing facility.


  • Rutgers University Food Innovation Center, Bridgeton NJ

    The Rutgers Food Innovation Center is a unique business incubation and economic development accelerator program, which provides business and technology expertise to startup and established food companies in the mid-Atlantic region, and utilizes its outreach capacity to reach food and agribusinesses throughout the world.


  • Dr Schar Gluten Free Bakery, Swedesboro NJ

    Dr. Schar hired GSA to help their Italian engineers design and oversee construction of a 52,000 square foot automated Gluten Free bakery in Swedesboro NJ. In 1 years time we helped to complete the design, engineer the operation, bid & award the project with a design build partner and build this facility utilizing many machines imported from Europe.

    Gourmet Boutique is a leading manufacturer of high quality specialty foods with facilities that we designed and built in Queens NY and Phoenix AZ. Gourmet Boutique is NSF GFSI SQF 2000 Level 3 certified and USDA and FDA inspected and regulated.
