George Sansiveri & Associates, along with the founder, Kevin O’Reilly, helped to design and build their fondant and cake operations in a 90,000 square foot processing plant. The operations were designed to USDA, FDA and SQF standards to meet the future needs of the company.Processing lines from Europe along with packaging equipment from the US were part of the process design. It was built for future growth and expansion. We are continuously involved with automating, expanding, improving, and growing their operation as their go to design team.
